    Good morning all  :) ☕
    A bright new dawn @punkdoc & Moira ☀
That wood looks good @Pat E ... is eucalyptus wood heavy?  I've never knowingly handled any.
Although I woke early I seem to be a bit on the drag this morning ... on the other hand I have been outside inspecting the powdery mildew on almost everything.  We were tantalised by the weather app with almost guaranteed rain today ... it's disappeared ... that's great for the Sundown Festival over the hill from here ... but we're desperate ... and what's wrong with a muddy festival anyhow?

The forecast shows masses of rain staying obstinately offshore all day

We are the same here. Looked like we were going to get lots of rain, but now, map looks clear.

I don't know how anyone in the West Country can miss this!  Everything’s had a good soak as it started yesterday afternoon and through the night.  Water butts full.

Dove, thinking about the wood. Of course it’s lighter if it’s really dry, but compared with conifer wood, I think it is heavier (hardwood vs softwood).  Todays lot had me panting and I had an aching back for a couple of hours this evening.  All ok now though. 🙄
