Good news maybe @Hostafan1? … even she won’t have the gall to lambast us for smoking, drinking and gourmandising … 🙄

OBVIOUSLY  she got the job on her merit alone. Didn't she?

  • She’s a bigot and a bully … but let’s confine her to the Politics thread … she’s too disturbing to be on here … probably the one person who isn’t welcome on Forkers 😡

Yes @Dovefromabove, they are my favourite customers! They now serve filter coffee and biscuits when I get there and send me home with a piece of fruit cake with crystallized ginger!!!
Hope your vision and migraine clears quickly @didyw!
    Have a good day everyone

Hi everyone,  Thanks for your good wishes. Hubby is home now and our son brought him home. They have to leave very early tomorrow for his post surgery checkup in Canberra by 8am. 😳  Oh for asleep in.

I quite like a woman who smokes cigars. Moira used to be fond of one, but Managed to give up all tobacco 15 years ago.

Moira and I have something in common then @punkdoc ... although I managed to give  up all smoking before she did.  I used to enjoy an occasional cigar too ... but  I know that even now, 27 years after having given up, I'm still a smoker (just one who doesn't smoke) and one would never be enough ... it's like any other addiction.

However, I don't dribble my champagne down my front ... that really isn't a good look.
