You're right @Lizzie27, OH isn't the jumping up and down sort. Frustrating and he gets cross when I jump up and down.
    Goodnight all.

Perfect opportunity, threaten to go to the press before the leadership race is concluded. You might get lucky.

Morning all. Sunny and calm here. Hubby has a podiatrist appt today for his toenails - a result of the Chemo that he’s had to keep taking. 🤬. No point in wingeing. He has to put up with it.

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
Exciting about the verandah @Pat E  … it’ll give you more options about how you use that area … I’ve forgotten … which way does it face? Will it be mainly sunny or shady?

I felt a bit poorly yesterday … sore tum and innards and very shivery … I dozed on the sofa under a blanket most of the day, just sipping on a mug of Bovril.  I think I’m on the mend today …  but still not right. I’ll take it easy again today.   I don’t often get such things … and OH and I eat mostly the same stuff, so not sure what’s caused this …

Hope it’s not Covid Dove. 😳. Take care of yourself.

Here’s a first photo of the front veranda. It faces East, but the way, so hopefully we will, have sunny mornings.
Oops, didn’t work. I’ll need to fiddle with it first.

Don’t think it’s Covid @Pat E … absolutely no signs of anything respiratory … just ‘lower gut’ if you get my drift. Either a tummy bug or something I’ve eaten … of course OH us saying ‘I told you so’ because I eat tomatoes and cucumbers etc straight off the vine without washing them … I’ve airways had cast iron innards but perhaps I should be more circumspect as I’m at least 27 now 🙄
And now the wifi has gone down … I can post on my phone but not on my laptop (which is easier) and I can’t get the podcast I was listening to. I can see it’s going to be one of those days …
