Evening everyone, Phewwww, it's been schorchio here again today. It did get more comfortable about 5ish. I sat outside while OH watched the footie. 😉 We're both sitting outside now and it's really pleasant. @Busy-Lizzie glad you enjoyed the fete. Selling tickets for childrens games sounds much more fun. A lovely idea that each child wins a prize. Bet your garden was grateful for the rain last night. Do hope we get some soon. @debs64 good to see you. It was extremely hot yesterday to be catering for a wedding. Not surprised you wanted to jump in the lake. If you need a taster for your icecream, I'm free 😋😋 @Yviestevie you've been busy in the garden today. I'm sure once you get to Turkey you will enjoy your holiday. @Rubee hope it cools down soon so it's more comfortable for OH. The socks must be quite uncomfortable in this heat. @Ladybird4 do hope Thursday stays dry for your day out to the flower show. Although you don't want it to be as hot as it has been either 🥵

Hello, had a lovely day with all the family. Maisie is a chip off the old block, she was watering the pots with a jug and quite a lot got spilt onto my outside rug, then several bees came to the wet patches and she insisted she had not spilt the water but put it down for the bees to drink.
Gorgeous sunny day ice cream was very popular.
Hope all had a good day and stayed as cool as possible and well hydrated.
Good morning LB and all to follow. I slept better I think I was less tired if that makes any sense? Up at 5am watering my baskets and greenhouse crops. We have been promised rain today we shall see.
Cuppa with sister this morning she had a holiday in Wales last week and I am looking forward to a catch up.
Maisie told me” I love the bees Nanny and care for them and give them water but I find it a bit shocking when they fly near me”… fair enough I suppose.

Lovely, sunny morning. Yesterday become hot again. We also should have rain this week, but I'll believe it when I see it. I was so tired yesterday and overslept whole afternoon. Now is time for tea and rest on the balcony.
Morning @Ladybird4@debs64 and all to follow. It was very peaceful LB and a bit cooler. I fell asleep quite quickly but kept waking up as it was so hot again. Aww Debs, what a cutie. Love Maisie's answer.
