    Afternoon all,

    After the complete mis-forecast yesterday, the BBC are going for consistency in being wrong. The predicted rainfall today has been pushed back until 3-8pm now as 'light rain showers'. The blue skies above suggest that maybe I shouldn't have altered my watering regime on the strength of their guesswork :o 

    I'm starting to plan for next year with more seed collection. NDNs either side are both up for swapping so I need to build up some stock ;)

    Good afternoon Biglad and all. The forecasts are a little unpredictable but I've had enough rain to allow me to miss watering the garden today. Thats a fine idea about exchanging plants with your neighbours. My neighbours are not gardeners as such - they don't grow their own - but they do have nice plants in their gardens.
    SGL, latest report on Lily's treats - which are supposed to be delivered today - is 'at the customer's local depot'. I hope that they do arrive today.

    Back from looking after grandchildren. 

    It is supposed to rain today, nothing so far.

    Come in from a busy day in the garden .Done a lot of transplanting .Loads of tidying up to do but that can wait until tomorrow.Time for dinner and a long sit down .

    Busy, you sound a little distracted. I'll bet that you are getting your packing all organised now. In case I miss you I'll say bon voyage now.

    Yes LB ,I haven’t the energy tidy up when I have been very busy in the garden.

    You are not on your own there Ruby. I have given up expecting a delivery of Lily treats today - despite the promises. Hey ho, its a good job I will be around here tomorrow.

    Good evening everyone.

    I just came home from cottage. Was there whole day and done a lot of work. Tomorrow I'll show all my work. Now is time for refreshment and go to bed.

    LB, your rain dance works for me too. We had a short but helpful shower. Hope to have more in next few days.
