Morning @bluebellsintherain I've been awake for ages. Tried to get back to sleep but have given up and come down for a cup of tea  🍵

There's a thick haze over the bottom of the garden and the field. The sun is just rising above the trees, Looks like it could be another lovely day.
I'm going to make a list too Rosie, need a couple of bits. Want to pop into the key cutters and get some of those coloured key covers for some spare keys.

Ooh morning @Rubee you weren't there just now. Looks like a few of us had a bad nights sleep.

Good morning all. I slept really well after my busy days. Sunny here so hoping for a day in the garden. I need to get everywhere tidy so I can plant out my new treasures and I also have 3 hanging baskets to make for other people. Plants are hardened off so it should be easy.
Hoping to get those lilies planted today and flowering this year. A favourite of mine despite the dreaded lily beetles!
So lovely to have a whole week off work.

A very good morning RosieBB, Ruby and SGL. I am another one who had a restless night. Never mind, we might catch up tonight. RosieBB enjoy your SM visit
SGL, I think you will enjoy Grace. I suspect that is what gave me the restless night! I think those coloured key covers are an excellent idea.

I was quite saddened to hear last night that Dennis Waterman has passed away. I remember him from Minder and The Sweeney but more recently from New Tricks - which I loved. The group of actors in those series must have had so much fun making them.

Sorry Hazel, I missed your post last night. Has your Mum got a glass measuring jug in her kitchen which she could use? Another possible solution might be to get her one of those lightweight aluminium water canteens.
Biglad, I hope that your drainage man gets the job done - one step nearer to getting your border planted up.
Debs, you snuckered in there. I am sure you will enjoy having your week to do lovely things in your garden. Its a good job that lily beetles are so noticeable with their red colouring but the larvae are disgusting and look like bird poo.
I'm going to be hanging around like one o'clock half struck until the gas engineer gets here. I'm hoping he/she will be early.

    Morning Debs and LB
I wonder why there was so many of us having a bad nights sleep last night 🤷‍♀️
Gorgeous sunshine at the moment and the birds are chirping away.
I read that last night too @Ladybird4 he wasn't very old really.  Bit confusing, one piece said he died at home and another said he died in hospital.
    Looking forward to watching Grace.
@debs64 have fun playing in your garden and enjoy your week off.
Have a lovely day everyone, take care.

Chive, if you get chance to look in, I hope that all is well with you and that your Mum's scan has been organised. Thinking about you both x
Ante, I know its Monday but think about all the nice things and that should get you through the day .

    Good morning everyone.

LB, I'll survive somehow.😁 Warm, sunny morning and cup of tea will help a lot.

First sorry for my absence whole weekend but I had a tight schedule. Saturday passed in shopping and surviving in crowded shops, and yesterday I was at cottage whole day. It's pretty warm and forecast for next week is sunny and temperature around 30℃. This temperature change is quite radical.
I'll read back when I come home, and also must find time to watch GW from last Friday.

Have a nice day and see you all later.
