Peering under the railing. Trouble is that the only thing moving is the odd butterfly.

Butterflies, Dove. They do flicker from one flower to the next. 🙄

Morning everyone,  enjoying the quiet before the family descends.  Not all coming as one SIL has tested pos for you know what. Aunty M will be disappointed as she has not seen GCs for over 2 years.
@Lizzie27 we loved Compton Acres,  thanks again for the recommendation.  The information they gave said the garden has been through periods of difficulty,  they have been doing a lot of clearing in the woodland area.  Loved the Japanese garden,  even here though some of the Acers &other shrubs need some tlc, but it's not surprising in a garden that's a hundred odd years old, as we all say work in progress.

    Hi all

Another beautiful day here, awoke to the sounds of our resident Mallards quacking on the pond, something was annoying them.

Must thank @WonkyWomble, for recommending the Talking Dirty podcast, have been listening to it for the last few weeks, and am loving it.

We watched Belfast last night, a lovely movie, worth a watch.
