  • I see 571 as well.

For socks and undies I use 1 or more of those multi peg thingies from the 'cheap-jack' shops. My smallest holds 8 items and largest is 16. They fit very nicely on the arms of my whirlygig.

A very good morning to early birds Mrs B3 and Pauline. Lovely to see you both. Yes, the hidden number is 571 so well done all of you. I slept well last night which is a bonus. I am going to visit a friend today. She will want all the gossip from Canasta last Friday, now that she can't see to play any more.

I need to find a reputable satellite repair man, we use a free sat device for our TV viewing and it’s not receiving a signal 🤨
Hope you all have a good day ahead.

Afternoon all,  Feeling a bit brighter this morning. Manage to get an appt with the new Paramedic they have attached to our GP Surgery yesterday morning and she prescribed antibiotics for a throat, ear and chest infection.  Went to bed feeling terrible and woke up feeling a bit better.  Secondborn got antibiotics too and she has noticed a difference this morning.
Wont tell you what I'm planning for this afternoon as I might incur the wrath of Col TT but it involves wet things spinning around and then pushing a machine across the carpets upstairs.
Other than that it's a lazy day in front of the TV that will probably involve  a cuppa and a scone.
Hoping others with the lurgy and improving too.
Hi from Kingswinford in the West Midlands

Chive I haven’t done any gardening today apart from filling planters ready for a delivery of perennials. It’s very cold and wet here .
Yvie good to read you are a little better .That sounds like a nasty infection. Hope you and second born are soon on top of the infection .
