..Hi,  yes I don't see any problem there at all, it's doing really well.  It's not a large growing rose, so pot culture is very suitable too..
    I'm delighted you got it..

thanks @Marlorena I could’ve bought so many of the roses you described. A midsummer nights dream won for me. Really looking forward to seeing it in bloom. I’ll make sure to post a picture for you all

It looks like my Celebration will be the first to break bud, as the telltale sign of pink edges are appearing.  That is if the predicted frost doesn't get them. 🥶
  • @Victoria Sponge I love that Rambling Rosie, I’ve had my eye on one ever since Steve Parnham put a picture on Instagram of one in a container growing up an obelisk with with Clematis Cezanne growing up through it…

I've heard Paul Z say before that if you have to plant roses in partial shade, make sure they get morning light and afternoon shade. If they have morning shade and afternoon sun, they will hate it and not thrive. He says it again here. I don't get that. I would think afternoon sun (west facing) would be best, if you have to choose. Why is morning sun  stronger/better/more stimulating?

I and others have noted here that Paul Z does make some sweeping statements that don't always hold. I wonder if this is one of them.
