    A picture-perfect Prince @Rojas, like edhelka’s mine are much smaller at the moment. I didn’t know you had Othello, looks a good red colour and reminds me a little of LD Braithwaite, which I used to have.Ā

    A few days of rain and the roses are shooting again. It looks lke spring.

    My poor rose had just started to recover from the heat and then yesterday we had a bad storm with wind and hail, so now most of them are totally defoliated and got some damaged canes.

    Anyway, last year I bent a very stiff can of my HT Nostalgie (with a bamboo) and that cane produced many short lateral with flowers on the tips of them all.

    Nice rain here. Good because I am not doing anything in the garden at the moment.
