We did remark that we hoped the film crew were willing to give him a hand back up  ;)

I dread watching GW because it always tells me something wrong I've done XD My sunflowers were started about 6 weeks ago

There are problems with Monty seemingly making statements as absolute fact for the entire country regarding when things have to be done.  He's done it about pruning and planting dates in the past.  They waffle on every time they put something in a pot about using peat free compost so they should also make it clear that planting times etc differ around the country.

I wouldn't worry too much @takhana. If they're healthy, that's all that matters. You can also bury them a bit deeper if you need to pot them on a bit before getting them outside.  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Sadly Monty actually lives about 30 miles away from me XD I'm just very novice. Used to it now! Like @Fairygirl says, most of the time the stuff is healthy and comes to fruition anyway

Plants generally want to grow so they mostly will if you let them. Apart from carrots, and, to be fair, it's not really the carrots' faults that everything in the world wants to eat them (except my Dad, who bore a grudge against them)

    8pm tonight.

" Monty continues his revamp of the dry garden, repots succulents and plants up a window box ideal for a shady spot.

Adam Frost goes back to basics and gives advice for viewers who are starting a garden from scratch, and Frances Tophill visits a garden in north London which has growing produce sustainably at its core. We meet a gardener in Manchester who has combined his love of pottery and plants, and an aeonium enthusiast from Shropshire shares her collection of over 300 varieties.

There’s also another chance to see what Gardeners’ World viewers have been getting up to in their gardens."

I was hoping to see Sue Kent's show garden design adventure, maybe next week.

I loved Aeonium woman. I wish I could visit her collection, did she say where she lived?
