Well, I can't see a line there @Hostafan, but son (formerly a moble PCR testing station manager) tells me that LFTs aren't picking up Omicron ... you can order a PCR test to be delivered.

    How are you in yourself?

    Well maybe I didn’t have omicron 🤣🤣🤣

Back from Iceland - staggeringly beautiful 😍

And lovely day yesterday when both Chicklets turned up unannounced and whisked me off to Painshill Park for the day (having first cooked us a slap up brunch).

Hope all with Covid are quickly on the mend 🤒🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

    Good morning folks.

Lovely spring day here - cool breeze.  Some intense weeding this afternoon should just about finalise things.  My tomato plants aren't up yet (some peppers have peeped through) and then I found some tomato seedlings in the garden!!  The very cheek after all the cosseting I am doing with my seeds indoors!

@Chicky  What a splendiferous photo!!!!  Beautifully shot.

I am pleased you are testing negative @Hostafan1   Stay safe.

@D0rdogne_Damsel   Must be the spring weather making people decide at the last minute to step out for lunch.  A promise of things to come for you this summer!!

We are expecting a cold snap too @punkdoc so may as well make the most of the beautiful weather.  We were forecast heavy cloud - but the sun won today!

    Enjoy your day.

I've just spoken to The Home.
If I test negative tomorrow morning I'm allowed to visit Hubby.
That's cheered up my day .

    Hello all.
Late start today, wish it was always summer time.
Been doing admin but there is still a lot to do outside. Rain from tomorrow afternoon.

    Great news @Hostafan1 :D

We've been to the GC and returned with a boot full off bags of compost, but we'll need to go back for more later this week ... we don't have enough of the JI No 2 that I want to use in a mix for the hostas ... but at leastg the blueberries are now nicely tucked into new compost in their pots.  However, we can't tackle the big potted cannas or ginger lilies or any of the big plants over that side of terrace ... I was just about to move them when I saw a movement and a flutter of wings and ... there's a nest in the nestbox we put in that corner 9 years ago and which they' ve been studiously ignoring ever since ... until now!!!  :bounce:   I'll just have to give those plants some regular feeding this yeaar and they'lll have to manage without being repotted or cut back.  The nest is right in the corner by the big studio window ... I'll try to get a pic ...
It's an open-fronted 'robin-type' box but I'm not sure if it's being used by robins or dunnocks ... both birds have been very active in that corner this spring ... we shall see ...
