    @wild edges … had ‘someone in charge’ not fully comprehended their responsibilities that would’ve been my next step … hopefully in future the Warehouse Manager will understand their responsibilities too 🧶

    @Dovefromabove maybe you should just be grateful you weren't building a house.  "Well you've got enough materials for most of the roof, what are you complaining about?"

    I would have been annoyed about that too.
    Hopefully they'll start putting enough yarn in their (rather pricey!) kits from now on.

    Been there … done that … used to help run a building business

    Indeed. I was a great fan of his work in Cracker and Tutti Frutti. A brilliant and complex man. A huge loss. 😢

    I suspect they might claim they pop a few apostrophes in the kits to act as row markers 😉
