    Quite so B3, I don't stress easily but I'd be stressed to hell on that beach.

    They must have built big car parks now down at Sarfend.

    Sarfend! That was our nearest seaside as a child. Never went near it apart from a late autumn evening trip to see the lights!

    We're lucky down this way as we're where the Downs meet the sea - and even though the local beaches don't get that busy, when the summer comes the Downs offer the best of both worlds and are virtually empty away from the usual dog walking routes.

    I remember as a very young child, going on a little train on a pier. That must've been Southend .
