Avon works for me but the best was propylthyuracil, a medication for overactive thyroid. Nothing came near me. I went down the shady end of the garden with gay aplomb!

Ooo what did you do down the garden with gay aplomb? A garden tour with a glass of vino?

I went down there just because I could!

I know it's evil, but wouldn't it be interesting to watch the botoxed plastic people melt into reality.

When you look at many of them after Botox, it could explain a lot.

We're in a two week cycle of illnesses at the moment. The kids go to nursery the one week and by the weekend they're coming down with something, then they have the next week off as they're too ill to go and when they go back the week after they catch something new and we go through it all again. This weekend was due to be the reinfection weekend but they've been very chipper all day. Until the little one just threw up everywhere :|  We were really hoping to avoid them having temperatures in this hot weather too.

Oh dear @wild edges, that's not much fun. It does get better though, I promise you.

A top tip for parents: The more interesting the bookmark, the less likely it is to remain in the book. I need to find one that isn't a collector's item for small children. :|  Perhaps one with a picture of some adults getting a full night's sleep...

@wild edges maybe the kids had a premonition that the in-laws were coming and were trying to stop them.

Or maybe it was the MIL that made him sick? :#  Still throwing up this morning. Now we have dehydration to worry about on top of everything. Luckily we're fully kitted out with medicines from the last stomach bug a few weeks ago.
