Grandaughter left her school library book here, has to read and return by Monday. Being as they are over a 70 mile round trip,I walked to the village post office, cost me a staggering amount, and 2 of the staff are soooh "unpleasant" ( I always say "good morning" never get reply, just get informed of cost, and asked what's in the package.
I have drawn Trustpilot's attention to the publication of contact details, not just in @Liriodendron 's case, but also that they were doing the same in other posts as well. Hopefully those people will look at the response when they get a notification that there has been one, and report it to Trustpilot. Maybe they have already done so, in which case it's poor that they are still available to view online. The latest is over 5 days old.
I've done the same as @AnniD , and again, Trustpilot have acknowledged receipt but say it could be several days before they reply.
Incredibledirect are refusing - in an email to me last night - to admit they are breaking any rules; they say that because I gave these details to Trustpilot (which I had to do in order to register for a review), they have the right to publish them. I'm pretty certain this is rubbish, and that they have no right to publish my personal details unless I give them permission to do so. I'm not sure whether anyone other than the person whose privacy has been violated, is able to ask to have the details removed. If Trustpilot replies to my complaint that this is indeed the case, I feel tempted to write to each person whose details are revealed to tell them this... could take a long time though!
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
I'm not sure what difference it makes that I'm living in Ireland... I'll look up their data protection legislation too. Thanks @Bee witched & @Fairygirl

In your shoes I would go straight to the Information Commissioner's Office, and ask them for advice.

Looks like you can phone them or there's live chat.
Good luck with sorting it out.
