I've just had a flyer through the door informing me about the impending law change in Wales regarding physical punishment for children. From March 21st I'll have to drive over the Severn Bridge just to beat the kids It also say I should feel free to contact my GP for tips on how not to beat my children. I'm sure they'll be thrilled to make an appointment for that I was just on the phone to a client when my youngest son ran over for an attack hug and slapped me very firmly in the gentlemen's region. I hope they make that illegal too
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
I suppose we have some unintentional comedy names in various areas though. Clachertyfarlie Knowes is a good example. Not very curmudgeonly though - more of an RTBC
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

We just like giving ours completely unpronounceable names.
I suppose Sgorr na Ciche could count as comedy though. The Pap of Glencoe. For obvious reasons.
We like to make you work for you laughs
