I'm ticking my way through the spring moth list tonight. Five new species already in just a couple of hours. The highlight so far is this Hebrew Character.

I just added an Oak Beauty and The Chestnut to the list. There's also a March Tubic and what I hope is a Brindled Pug but so many of the pug moths look the same. Hopefully someone on iNaturalist will confirm that one.

A Harlequin Ladybird, an alien species spreading from the south-east of England, this is the first one I have seen here. Although it is extremely variable, it is easily identified by its orange legs and underside.
