The second of my shots is a speckled bush cricket. Judging from the legs and antennae on yours, it's also a cricket. It's hard to say from that which one, there are a few similar
@NormandyLiz Maybe some of the semi-professional photographers who post on this thread will have ideas of where to submit your pictures. They are worth putting out there, for sure.
This was on the back of my computer when I shut it. (I had brought some wisteria prunings through the house earlier. Not quite as in focus as it could be.
A 5:1 lens, @NormandyLiz ?!? I shall try to not look! Although hiring is an option... Where in Normandy? You never know, with the right flowers there might just be one lurking. The seem to love purples, especially the dreaded buddleija. I know many people hate them but the insects adore it.
