Although -  I am intrigued by the narrow paragraphs... :D

Perhaps they’re in metric when they should be in imperial … 🤔

I'm wondering whether perhaps he hails from Birmingham🤔

    In London. Keen but lazy.

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

7 inches is 18 cm it is and easy mistake to make in
a place like uk that uses  metric and the British
    imperial system
7 inches is actually 17.78 cm, but it's an easy mistake to make if accuracy isn't important to you.

sorry to inform you but you and most of uk are the victims
of a measurement conversion error.  for corn spacing
between plants in rows  should be 18 cm not 18 inches
and 18 in between row 45 cm or 7 in between plants in
row and 18 in between rows if you row planting.

also i was suggesting people in uk grow early varieties

    Devon.

Can you show me where you suggested this please?  I've searched back and forth and cannot find this.
