@diggersjo, I'm sorry for my late answer. I went to bed quite early last night. Usually I mix radicchio leaves with lettuce, tomatoes and feta chees, and eat like side dish. You can grill it in pan with butter and olive oil, but I don't like it. It's a bit bitter. My favorite is risotto with radicchio and parmesan cheese.
Small harvest from two days ago, before another rainy period.
The fruits of your labour are a joy to behold Ante . All your tme and effort has paid off . I shop from a local Farm here in Wales not so much choice but the best veg and fruit around.
Thanks @Ante1 we love the bitterness of radicchio when roasted with sweet peppers and/or zucchini. We also like it shredded in salad , but the risotto sounds a good one to try...
Yorkshire, ex Italy and North East coast. Growing too old for it!
It's already December and gardening season is mostly finished. Last week I managed to harvest all remaining veggies on fields, despite rain and snow. I prepared all for winter, and can now relax and start planning next season. Today was cold, but sunny and calm, and I planted another apricot tree I my front garden.
