Yesterday I paid £18 each for the Lisann and Carlotta but they are large ones and the Anna's Red was £13 but is much smaller than the other two. If they had had a larger Anna's Red I would have bought it instead.
They had a large selection and plenty to choose from. I would have bought Christmas Carol if they'd had it.

I should add @Biglad gardening express have some nice hellebore in at a good price at the moment actually, ive had quite a few from there. Varies what they have and sizes but I got my winterbells, christmas carol and a picotee recently from them and was pleased with them for the money.

Waitrose online currently has 2L pots going for about £15 to £23 depending on the variety: https://www.waitrosegarden.com/plants/_/perennials/hellebores/plcid.2/plcid.1454/

Back in December, the 2L pots for Hellebore Gold Collection hellebores (but only three kinds were available) were going for 2 pots for £25 at my local Waitrose supermarket.

  • The very best Hellebore in my opinion are from John Massey's nursery .Ashwood Nurseries.

Anna's Red -  a big, healthy plant in a three litre pot, £15 plus delivery, from Hardy Plants. They are a good nursery, trying hard, and I like to support them.

There are usually big hellebore sales that hit at the end of the season. It might well be worth hanging on until then.

Ashwood nurseries are absolutely the best. My favourites came from there. You may need a second mortgage for a car bootful.  Even the seedlings I have grown on from them are  lovely.  If you can get there you can pick up some huge plants in full flower and you could go through the greenhouses to pick your own. (not sure on current covid arrangements)

John Masseys garden is lovely, but only open on certain days and you need to prebook.
