    Lovely @Lena_vs_Deer
What is the name of the second one down please, the one with the maroon edge to the petals?

This is a picture of why it's not a good idea to keep hellebores in small pots or window boxes long term. I dug this one up today and it had a huge, deep root ball about 50cm across, 10kg.

This is a really useful overview today on hellebores from a hellebore nursery  - native regions, propagation, growing conditions…

It is my first year growing Hellebores, I thought they are spring flowering but we are in August and mine have started flowering again, I live in South Wales so have had plenty of rain!, Is anyone else’s growing?

My Corsican hellebores are miserable as I haven’t watered them. The Marbled Group are slug-slaughtered but new leaves will hopefully push through in the spring.

Yes I noticed one of mine is in flower, I'll take a pic tomorrow and post it here.

Our 'Christmas Carol' is flowering now and the 'Anna's Red' is covered in flowerbuds already. I'll post piccies when I get chance.
