I have only one and that is a Corsican hellebore I grew from a tiny seedling with 2 tiny leaves. All the flowers are looking downwards; I need to be prostrate if I want to photograph it properly.
These hellebores which opened mid-March are still going strong.

I absolutely adore hellebores. Only one of mine is currently flowering. I’ll get a photo tomorrow of that. In the meantime here are four of them from February 2023
Only names I remember are Penny’s Pink and Angel Glow.
Hellebores from the Rodney Davey Group, Penny's Pink, Anna's Red etc have taken over at my local Garden Centre. Yes they have the bonus of large flowers and marbled leaves but I much prefer H Orientalis which offers such a huge choice of flower colour. There were just a few at the GC. When they are at their best I like to visit the Garden Centre's as much as I can. Often the best colours go quickly. Always best purchased in flower I think.
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
@Athelas They are lovely, leaves are clear of disease too. What is your soil like and do they get much sun through out the year? I'm finding it difficult to make comparisons this year having just moved. I did bring a plant of H viridis with me but all the others including one from John Massey stayed behind. They don't seem to like disturbance and I didn't have the heart to dig them up. I have two new ones H Snowdrift and H Magic Yellow. They are a good size so I hope for at least one flower so that I can see them. Everything in my new garden is going to be trial and error at first a very wet soil is my present concern.

they look so good and healthy. I do like that some of the HGC are in flower come December. 🤩
