@Jude27 I try to answer questions where I can but I have learnt so much from questions I have asked too. My spelling is terrible but I have spent 24 years working as a gardener not concentrating on my written English. I write what is in my head and that is simply it.
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

What you say is much more important (and interesting) than how you spell it.

Yes, I too make lists of places recommended and online sites!

You’re more than likely right about the geraniums; more water needed by them from me!

@LesleyH I also write garden quotes in my note book and new plants to look out for. Now is a good time of year to see what needs to be moved  as I can get a good idea just how big things grow.

My list of new plants grows almost daily! And I really like writing down quotations.

Yes, I see exactly what you mean re moving plants. I’m finding that quite enjoyable for some reason

A great forum to learn if you lurk.
There is a band of people on here willing to give advice thereby giving lurkers something to read and learn from. If we all just looked for something to read then there wouldn't be anything.
