I went to'sco today as planned and got the most important items bought. THe sun came out, it was really lovely so I decided on an early lunch and then I was heading into the garden. I soon had to change my plans as it started to pour down again. My neighbour had the same idea - I saw her tugging her green bin out to do some tidying up. She was out for all of 5 minutes before rain stopped play.
Had some sad news from Bestie, her daughter is very upset as it seems her car will be written off after the storm damage. To top it all off she has Covid.

Popped into L**l on the way home for a few odds & ends and bought some daffodils for mum, seeing Antes photo they looked so cheery I thought she would like those.
Hi folks, just popped on to say hello. Have been feeling very low recently lots of family problems and like @debs64 I didn't want to drag everyone down with me. Have a man coming tomorrow to help get the garden back in order for the spring. Haven't felt like tackling it myself this year.
I love a vaseful of daffodils on the table at this time of year. I'm sure @Chivetalking your mum would love them too. A very blustery afternoon, but it was sunny. I went for a walk and I was battling against the elements- a proper workout! I don't need a gym.
