Good morning Ante and SGL. National Geographic - excellent reading there. RosieBB just give in and go to sleep. You can always catch up later. SGL, next food bank date is February 17th unless we get asked to go in again, like last week, if there is a shortage of volunteers for one reason or another. Have a lovely catch up with your friend today. Clue for perfume - which I know you have guessed right, is:

    Morning all,

Just a dash of rainfall overnight but should be fine all day. The last match yesterday went to 5 sets so I ended up not doing much afterwards. Better make up for it once the women have played their semi-finals.

I've been offered my 3rd job this year. I suppose I'll have to cave in eventually :(

    Good morning all.

    It's cold and grey, -3°.

I hope the dentist visit isn't too traumatic for your OH @Songbird-1.

I think I'll unpack and hang some pictures today and some curtains. The dining room is an extension built for P's daughter to have as a bedsit with a dressing room that you walk past on the way. The dressing room has a lot of my clothes in the hanging area and other things in the shelves and drawers so I'm going to put long curtains in front of it. I've bought new curtains or the sitting room, grey velvet, which need ironing, then I'll put a pair of the old sitting room curtains to hide the dressing room storage mess.

Hello all ... looks like you've all been busy ... we had a lovely lazy day in Sunny Cromer yesterday ... a lovely stroll, then very good fish and chips on the sea front ... eventually we tore ourselves away and came home with a lovely bunch of red and gold tulips for the table.

This morning started off very grey and damp so I did a bit of baking ... fruit scones anyone? Now the sun's coming out .......

Afternoon everyone, I’m sure someone has pinched a day out of my week as Wednesday disappeared in a blink of the eye 😲
Bluebells Poor Alfie hope he is settled and you can try to catch up on your lost sleep too. Yes we will continue to wear masks at school, there are a number of cases there so I’m happy to do that,
LB Have a lovely chatty time with bestie today and enjoy having your hair done, have a safe journey,
Ante I hope school goes well and you can locate those missing National Geographic magazines 🕵️‍♂️
SGL Hope you are sleeping well, have you got to grips with your new Lily’s TV now?
Hazel Glad you’ve got your windows ordered, hope it’s not too long to wait. Hope OH doesn’t suffer too much at the dentists, i’ve got visions of the Little Shop Of Horrors 😳
Busy Pleased you are able to use your new corner bath & shower, what a treat that must have been after all the chaos you’ve had,
Dove Sounds like you had a really nice day out in Cromer yesterday, fish & chips on the seafront perfect. Oh yes please for a fruit scone warm with butter & jam yum 😋
I gave the grass a high cut this morning  it was getting ridiculously long, nice to get outside for a while. My Daphne is flowering away and buds appearing on the bare branches a very cheery sight.

    Afternoon all.

Chive, it's nice that you spent some time in the garden. Your daphne is beautiful, lovely sighte in this winter time.

I wasn't so lucky to spend some time in the garden. It's calm, but very cold. Despite the weather I managed to took one photo. Whole day is somehow boring, grey, not very pleasant. Tomorrow will be better, it's Friday and I'll go to the cottage. Now is time for early dinner and rest.

Splash of the sunshine, first crocuses. My favorite colour in the garden.
