I buy full fat milk and it freezes, but not for months and months.

4 cubic metres of logs have just been delivered. Have stacked about 8 barrowloads but the pile still looks as big.
Earlier I was hemming curtains, not finished. Doing them by hand.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Afties all. Had a good afternoon at Canasta, picked up my new jumper from the M&S Food Hall and I just had to get some new chunky baby wool for the latest arrival. Now to scour t'internet for a free pattern.
Hazel, sorry about your wrong order of milk - that is a heck of a lot of cow juice you have there. Egg custard tarts?
Busy, you will never have to worry about paying gym fees with all the work that you do.

Afternoon everyone, I’m trying not to use my phone so much, apologies for the intermittent posts,
🎉A very Happy Birthday to Dove 🕊🎂 hope you’ve had a leisurely day,
LB Hope you’ve had a nice time at Canasta today, I’m sure you won’t  forget to fill the bird feeders when you get home ✔️
SGL Sorry to see you had a disturbed night, glad you had a nice chat with your friend yesterday and hope you’re enjoying an easy afternoon,
Hazel The additional work needed at the dentist was rather traumatic for OH, hope he is feeling better. An easy mistake to make with the milk, are there any young families nearby who could make use of the whole milk? Hope your haircut went well.
Bluebells Hope Alfie did’nt have any more hair balls last night, have you tried out your new air fryer?
Busy Goodness that’s hard graft shifting those logs by the barrow load, hope you don’t strain yourself,
Bought in some cuttings of the Sarcococca to enjoy the fragrance indoors, it’s not something I’d have thought to do before. What a lovely idea.

    Afternoon all.

LB, congratulation on new family member. I wish her many, many happy years.

I just came from cottage. It was lovely day, little bit cold but still pleasant. Now is time for dinner and then I'll read back.

    Have a nice evening.

    Afternoon all,

I've been tracking a replacement delivery all day :o I'm the 125th scheduled delivery of 127 for the Yodel driver. He's up to 122, apparently....

I wonder what two people have done to deserve being after me in the queue ;)

Who'd have thought it - it arrived bang on time (as per the tracker app)! I'm not used to things working correctly :o

The replacement blackcurrant plant is miles better than the original one sent. It's still in the pot for starters :D

  • 😂😂  he certainly should @Biglad 😉
Glad the blackcurrant bush is growing well.

@Busy-Lizzie I might have another go, although I'd only had the milk in the freezer for a couple of weeks. He gets through a lot of milk.

    Happy knitting @Ladybird4 🤗

It was a shocker to witness SGL. He completely lost the plot. Glad your blackcurrant arrived safely Biglad. Ante, feet up and rest tonight. It is very cold here.
