  • Raining here again, we had a beautiful red sky earlier.
Glad the fire bar has been replaced @Rubee sorry you now have another problem though.Β
@Chivetalking so glad your mum is doing so well and able to use sticks and not the walking frame now.Β
@Busy-Lizzie glad you had a lovely day with your family. 3 Christmas dinners, how yummy πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
@Songbird-1 I like Ikea too, can't remember the last time I went. Our nearest one is miles away too. But thankfully we have a Dunelm quite near πŸ˜‰

Good evening all. Chive I hope that you got all the things you wanted at the SM. Great news about your Mum too.
Hazel, the weather has been foul here. So much so that I had to take pictures of the flooding in the Crescent and send in a report to the Council so they can get the drains cleared.
Sorry to read that you had another little hiccup with your boiler Ruby. Hope you can get it sorted before the New Year.
Busy, you are beginning to sound like the Vicar of Dibley with all those Christmas meals. That was such a funny episode.
Ante, I hope that you have had a good day at the cottage. How is Max doing?

    Good evening to all.

Hazel, good luck at SM tomorrow. You don't need to get up early, relax, it's holydays. 😁

Max is progressing very well, thank you all for asking. He must take antibiotics six more days. Today we met my cousin and his labrador first time after injury. What an explosive reunion it was.
I just saw forecast for next few days and it will be sunny, calm and unusually warm for winter.
I have my tea, sandalwood candle is lit and I browsing thru seed catalogue which I get yesterday. Perfect evening.

There you go Ruby. Cats just love getting into boxes and bags but just let them get one glimpse of the cat carrier and they're gone!
