Oh dear. So sorry for relatives, and for the staff at the home, Hostafan. Hope you are making sure you are getting enough sleep and eating properly? Take good care of yourself during this awful time. Hugs.

I finished watching Detectorists last night,Β what a joy it was.
Does anyone watch the comedy Ghosts? Is it worth going back to episode 1 ?
    Devon.
  • Love Detectorists @Hostafan1 ... it was filmed in the town where I went to school as well as around Bro's farm, and dear friends (including one we lost last year) were extras in it.Β Β

@Hostafan1, I have watched some of Ghosts, some very funny bits, but not sure about watching it through.

I need something light to watch, any recommendations anyone?

I quite like Ghosts but it's definitely 'light'. It won't change your world. I suggest you watch one or two of the early ones and decide for yourselfΒ  :)
My stress relief evening TV is usually old episodes of the Repair Shop, but you probably already watched all of them. I've only recently caught on to that one.
There was a Christmas Special of the sewing bee on last night. Haven't watched it yet.
There's a Christmas special of Death in Paradise this year - that may make you long for the sun but it's very light.

Do you have Netflix @Hostafan1?Β  If so - have you watched Schitt's Creek?Β  If you do have Netflix (and you can subscribe on a month by month basis) I really do recommend it.Β  The first 2 episodes belie the true joy of the whole series - I guarantee you will be hooked.
We, on the other hand, finally decided after much urging from my daughter, to watch Peaky Blinders.Β  We have watched all 5 seasons in around 3 weeks and now we have seen them all we can't wait for season 6 next year.Β  Oh my!Β (Absolutely not for anyone who cannot watch violence or abide swearing!).
