    Good morning to all.

SGL,sorry to hear that you are developing cold. I hope that you had a peaceful night.

Here is so calm and cold morning. I was filling bird feeders and it wasn't pleasant at all. I must visit SM today and that's all from my schedule. First I'll make tea and get dress.

A very good morning Ante and all who arrive later. Its has been raining all night here  - for a change but at least all the snow and frost has gone. I am going to the SM this morning Ante - as early as possible. I will be on the Camp Coffee hunt!
SGL I hope that the cold doesn't develop. Get yourself dosed up.

Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
  • Good morning Ante and LB and all.  LB I hope you get all you need this morning.  Ante enjoy your tea.  I have hiccups, do you know a way to get rid of them?

Morning RosieBB. The Old Wives Tale was to drop a cold spoon down your back. There is no empirical proof that this actually works though Here is the NHS advice:
    • Do

    • breathe into a paper bag (do not put it over your head)

    • pull your knees up to your chest and lean forward

    • sip ice-cold water

    • swallow some granulated sugar

    • bite on a lemon or taste vinegar

    • hold your breath for a short time

  • Morning everyone,  haven't got much voice this morning, will need to pop to the shops to get some throat sweets. Might get some honey and lemons too.
    Looks very chilly outside.
Hope you get rid of your hiccups Rosie.
Safe journey @Ladybird4 hope you find the camp coffee.
Take care everyone and have a good day.

Good morning all. Fiancé made the tea this morning! First time in ages. He wants to try to do a bit more over the next few days see how he gets on, it’s good that he is feeling bored I think. I am off out with youngest daughter and little Thomas to Trentham garden centre, we go every year and it’s a lovely festive day out.

Ante hope it’s good news for your father. LB good luck in your coffee search.
Rosie try to think of ten famous men who are bald. Crazy but it works for me.
