Nanny Beach, I’d have probably been very taken aback too. And then spent the rest of the day thinking of witty replies I could have come back with, if only my brain worked a bit quicker!
I often chat to complete strangers. Usually they turn out to be very interesting. Occasionally they are a bit odd, and I then have to try to get away as quickly as possible without seeming rude, hate thinking I might cause hurt feelings.

Ergates,o could have told her that her dyed dark hair looked unrealistic, too dark,at least mine is genuine haha
  • I chat to strangers as well. So far no-one has been rude. I'm more worried they might be eg Polish and give me funny looks.
I nearly said something to a woman in a shop but before I opened my mouth she turned to her companion and spoke in a  foreign language!

Does anyone understand the new social care rules?
I jointly own our house with my husband. If one of us needed care, would the other have to sell the house to pay for it?

NO, you're covered by "surviving spouse" rules

    Devon.

Isn't it nice that in the UK a major organisation has decided that it's wrong to chase foxes and kill them in the same week that America had a major trial to decide if chasing down black people and killing them is wrong or not :|  Sadly they let themselves down a bit by saying it's totally ok for a child to have an assault rifle and kill people but you can't expect miracles.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

Why would you dye your hair just because you liked the look of one top. What about the other clothes you have that suit your original hair. I have pale skin, that goes with it should I use fake tan. Dark hair wouldn't suit me. I always hated my very pale blue/grey eyes. I tried darker blue contact lenses, they looked awful.
