So a solid gram of chalk.
Chalk weighs 2.711 gram per cubic centimeter
or 1/25th of a standard stick of chalk, which means every year you consume more than a 12 pack of blackboard chalk.  :)
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

Honestly, writing mcg (micrograms) is much clearer). I'll let it rest there.

The Accrete D3 is 1000mg calcium, and 880 IU of vit D which is, I think, 22 micrograms (mcg). Pharmacy-only, but it seems you can buy it on the internet anyway (for less than the price of a prescription :o - I'd be quite annoyed if I'd been paying for it on prescription). Maybe there are some checks in place - I didn't click buy.

I've used Biovea for years - they are a great company. My doctors recommend them.

I can’t take vitamin d as I take statins after a stroke. Internet states people who take statins should not take vitamin d.

@Horlicks, the internet is so rammed with nonsense I would want advice from a doctor or pharmacist on whether statins and vitamin D are an unwise combination for your specific condition.

@Horlicks, speak to your own doctor, but the evidence suggests that people on statins are more in need of Vit. D supplements that others.
How can you lie there and think of England

Have just phoned the local pharmacy, it’s ok to take vitamin d with statins. Thanks for the quick replies.
