    Good evening all.

Chive, I'm so glad that your Mum is much better, and that she can use walking sticks.

Rosie, it's such a relief that nothing is broken. Rest now after tea with Rubee.

I just came into the house. It's cold outside. My cats are prepared for night, my dog is already sleeping, so it's my free time. I'll take book I think, it's nothing interesting on tv.

  • Hazel I do hope your painkillers are effective, bless you.  Chive good to hear mum can be more mobile and more comfortable. She has come a long way. Ante my cat is sleeping too.  Enjoy your book.  LB it’s good you bought yourself a treat.  Enjoy wearing them.  Busy I hope you’ve had a good day.  Debs sorry to hear about you and fiancé.  I’m hoping you’ll feel much better in a few days, paracetamols to keep your temp down and ease aches and pains.  Wishing you all a good evening xxx

Such excellent news about your Mum Chive. 👏🏼 It is getting cold here now Ante - I need some heating on. Lily is fast asleep next to me - a living hot water bottle! I am signing out for today. Hope you all have great evenings followed by nights of restful sleep.

  • @debs64 so sorry to hear the test came back positive. Do hope your fiance feels much better soon and that your cough starts to ease. Please take care and rest as much you can. My very best wishes to you both for a speedy recovery.
@bluebellsinthewild so pleased nothing is broken, but rest as much as you can and take it easy. You must still feel very shocked about it all. Lovely that you spent time with Rubee.
@Songbird-1 hope your back is less painful today, take care too. I've got a few festive pressies, but not very much. Not doing well this year as nobody knows what they want. And the little ones have so many toys already.
@Topbird good to see you, glad you had a lovely few days away. Hope you get your ear sorted soon, earache is awful.
@Ladybird4 your earrings sound pretty, glad you had a lovely day.
@Chivetalking so pleased to hear your mum is able to walk well with sticks. My very best wishes to your mum.
    @Ante30 enjoy a restful evening.

Good to hear your mum will be more mobile Chive - she's done very well with her recovery.

Glad you're ok too Rosie BB.

Wrote that ages ago and forgot to press post - duh!

Just catching up with last nights's Shetland. I think they've been told to speak a bit slower and more clearly. We have the subbies on but haven't really needed them this series🙂

Gotta love a feline hot water bottle. Next door's cat came in on Tuesday asking for cuddles. Climbed on top of me as I reclined on the sofa and he had a jolly good deep sleep. Love it when cats are dreaming and doing the twitchy whiskers and paws. Chasing rabbits no doubt!

I'm away to bed soon so I'll say night night😴

Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
  • goodnight everyone, sleep well.
  • Night night everyone, hope we all sleep well tonight. Sweet dreams
  • Evening, thank you all very much 😊
Hope you enjoyed a relaxing evening reading with your pets Ante,
Hazel Yes I will have a job to keep up with her soon 😀 Shame you have to continue taking painkillers, but if it helps to manage the discomfort then it’s worthwhile.
LB Sounds like Lily was equally enjoying some shared warmth,
Bluebells I hope you have a good sleep  tonight,
SGL I hope you have a better night, without such an early awakening.
Topbird Your neighbours cat sounds very sweet, I do like their twitchy dreams,
    Goodnight everyone.
  • Good morning everyone.  I’ve just finished a cup of tea and had breakfast and I’m washed and dressed.  I hope you had a good night.

Good morning all. Hello RosieBB. I hope you had a decent night's sleep last night after your fright. I'm joining you in a cuppa - cheers!
Hazel if you are asking what TIA means (I'm never sure with your predictive text ) it means transient ischaemic attack or mini stroke.
