  • Chive it’s good you could help mum prepare dinner.  I hope the weather held for your damp things.  Hazel it’s good your oh found a cardigan.  Good tip with the masking tape.  Hazel and LB always good to learn these tips from family and friends.  I’ve telephoned and have an appmt for my booster tomorrow morning.  Lily I’ve caught up on my sleep now.  I dozed off on the sofa under a throw.  I hope you all sleep well.  Goodnight everyone.

I was going to be cat sitting for Jack's daughter next week but I found out last night that she has tested positive and has had to cancel her holiday. Jack has got shingles on top of everything else and someone is going round to give him a test today, just in case.

  • Good morning all.  Ante I hope you managed to get to sleep. 🌚  I’m enjoying my first cup of tea after having some blueberry wheaties.   Alfie’s tucked into his breakfast.  LB I hope Lily is feeling better after her medication.  Lily, LB, Rubee and Hazel I hope you slept.

Good morning all. Not had chance to read back but hope all are well although it seems sleep is still elusive for some. Very busy few weeks here with work and family but all seems to be settling down now. Fiancé and I are debating giving up our allotment as it’s becoming a chore rather than a pleasure and there is a long waiting list so it seems selfish to deny someone who may not have a garden of their own. I don’t seem to have enough hours in the week these days. I will miss it but I won’t miss it being one more thing on a long list of jobs.
LB hope Jack is ok.I love your peanuts cartoons. This is Thomas at the pumpkin patch.

  • Morning LB and all to follow.
I've been awake again since around 5.30. Got fed up just laying there so have come downstairs for a cup of tea.  It was raining earlier, but think it's stopped now. It's still pitch black, but clocks change this weekend, that will mess up my sleep pattern 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hope you managed to get to sleep @Ante30

  • Morning @debs64 sorry you weren't there just now. Good to see you.
That's sad you will be giving up your allotment. You always enjoyed your time there. But it will give you more time with your family and garden. Gorgeous photo of Thomas.
@Ladybird4 sorry to hear Jack's daughter has been tested positive for covid. Do hope Jack gets better soon, shingles is awful. Hope he hasn't got covid too.
  • Goodness, there must be Gremlins on here this morning @bluebellsinthewild you weren't there either, just now.  Morning🙋🏻‍♀️
