    A matter of time only @Lyn ;)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I saw something about a stupid cow but couldn't equate it to anything.

You've got to stop this grazing in fields @Lyn - apart from anything else, you're pinching the sheeps grass.

    Gets ever more weird :D

Sorry @TheGreenMan. I wrote that then realised it was more than I wanted to divulge. My post might look a bit odd now   :)
That was only part of it for me too.
    I hope you're ok now x

    I get that.

I am thank you.  It was a long time ago and the perpetrator is no longer in my life. x

The problem is that,  tempting as that option is, it then leaves new folk with queries at the mercy of some very unhelpful advice. At least if more knowledgeable folk see it they can point out the misunderstandings and save people from making expensive mistakes.
I disagree - forums should not be “purified” for one opinion, they should allow for disagreement (such as this post :) )

Each person can decide Whether they want to ignore or adhere to the variety of opinions here, even if some are deeply unpopular or run against the current received wisdom.

Whilst @Jac19 is clearly offended by others responses, his/her informative posts are not without merit even if a group of people disagree with them.  There *is* a clique on this forum, and it quickly gangs up on anyone who does not conform to their way of thinking whether it be gardening, gardeners world TV, politics or even cats!
I agree with you …. disagreement is fine …. but it seems that I’m not allowed to disagree with the poster in question … even when what they’re saying is totally wrong …. not just in my opinion, but in established and proven fact. But it seems I’m not allowed to say that …, nor are others who also know the poster is wrong, because for more than one person to disagree with her is ‘firming a gang’.
And heaven forfend that the poster should be wrong on more than one thread, because to point out more than one error of established proven fact is now ‘trolling’ apparently.

I made no ad hominem attacks …?simply disputed the wrong information …, but I was attacked and slagged off somethin’ rotten.

    Arrant nonsense.

And I can assure you that there is plenty of disagreement on the forum about cats … even among friends. 🤣

    @Fairygirl. That’s a magnificent bullock there, I wouldn’t mind being in that field. 🙂

Mine continued to stalk me by phone etc @TheGreenMan, but, like you, is thankfully no longer in my life either.  :)
It's put me off ever being with anyone ever again though.
    Good luck to you.
