It has been rather quiet from my side , because of fighting against sinusitis the last weeks…
Nevertheless some good news 😉My TCL order ( Malvern Hills) arrived today.   There is no sign of my Lens order but I expect it will also arrive the coming weeks.
They predict nice weather this weekend  so it will be planting.
OH wants to add beeches in the hedge and we are going to move Maria Lisa..something I’m not looking forward to..

I have an Agriframes arch (monet). Solid as a rock and will certainly outlast me. I kind of hoped it might weather in a bit, but after eight years it looks like I just put it up.

@Fire id give that second one a really good soak and trim the top a bit check its still green for reassurance...

I did give it a deep drink for several hours before planting. I did look after it as DA described. I haven't had it ten days yet. If there isn't much green showing, is it worth contacting DA?

@Fire Roses are quite sturdy plants and I'm sure they'll show new growth in spring. I had to leave MW soaking for a month before I could plant it. I should've at least heeled it in, but didn't get around to do that either. Still it grew well the following spring.
Oxford. The City of Dreaming Spires.
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)
