    @Mr. Vine Eye I considered buying that because your results were great last year! But then I decided to get the DA fert with the discount, while ordering the roses…sorry that’s neither here nor there to your question 😛

    ..thanks.. I think it's a bit of a shame to be honest... I hadn't checked them out for a long time..

    @Mr. Vine Eye
    Tack does lovely potted roses, no idea what her feeding regime is, but granular is fine for pots...  feeding once a fortnight is perfectly adequate if you can stick to it, but I admit to going a bit more often than that sometimes, more a little and often, but it's overfeeding really..

    ..lucky you to go to Sissinghurst and a nice B and B too..  sounds great.. lovely place to stay I imagine..

    Thank you @Marlorena. I will feed the pots DA rose grains again in July and I give seaweed drench and tomorite half strength, alternately, every 10-14 days, ish.
    Edit For the pots I think my second mid summer feed was Miracle Grow Rose and Shrub slow release granules in 2020, that was fine too.

    Happy birthday @Fire. What a lovely way to celebrate your birthday.

    @Mr. Vine Eye, I have been using Wilko rose food. Not sure how it compares to anything else though. I also used their tomato feed as liquid feed for pots but I could not manage to feed or water regularly last year.

    Happy Birthday @Fire. We enjoyed Sissinghurst and Great Dixter when we last stayed in Kent - it's a bit far for a day visit!
