Afternoon folks,  It's been threatening to rain all day but nothing yet.
@debs64 it sounds like you're having a year similar to mine.  Hugs.

I am going to sign out for tonight. Got a book I need to read as I borrowed it from my brother and I've had it for ages! See you all tomorrow.

Weather was quite nice today until around 2ish and then the heavens opened  and it absolutely poured down for about an hour. Then then sun came back for awhile. Still quite warm tonight.
I typed this ages ago,  phone rang and I forgot I hadn't finished 🤦‍♀️
Glad it's a bit cooler for you @Songbird-1 How is your son feeling now.

    Evening all,

We did get some more rain eventually - had an inch in total today (according to my crude measuring ;)) The water butt is full and the 'pond' area has no surface water :D

The garden feels fresh and vibrant so the Cyrils and Brians are out and about early tonight :(

    A selection of those I've just re-homed:-

Never seen such a concentration of the pale ones. Must've been their favourite conditions on that patch of lawn tonight.
