    Good morning all
A bit of dampness here, but not real rain.
thanks again for the warm wishes.
Husband isn't settling in care home. not least because he's in isolation for 14 days, so is in his room 24 hours a day

Big thunder storms here, and some rain to go with it.  No sunbathing for the next few days.

My broad beans are coming out now too …..but plenty of peas still to come.  First cucumbers have been harvested and one of my tomatoes is taking on an orangey hue 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Today is a tidy up day - been too hot to do much, so place is looking a bit messy.  Then reading, sewing and greenhouse pottering is on the agenda 📗🪡🧵🥒🍅🌸

Now I feel really bad! Didn’t wake till 8 am and have spent the last hour lolling in bed reading the forum. Where do you get your energy?

Thank you, chicky, that’s made me feel a little better. Ours is more than a bit messy though. Son’s dog has been to stay, went home Wednesday night, but I still haven’t put her lead and bowls away until her next visit. Still, it rained overnight and is much cooler here, so no excuse today.

Messy here too @Ergates but it can wait till Monday or Tuesday as can sewing - patchwork tutorial to complete.  Busy till then.  Cooking this am and then taking advantage of damp soil this pm.

Whew!  I’ve been logged out and no matter how many times I tried, couldn’t get back in. Looks like the last try worked. At last!

Obelixx, the shop where I sell my gloves is a little coffee shop in the arcade between Coles and the main road.  Lots of people pass through, hence it’s success. 😁

Hosta, can’t believe how many obstacles you’ve had to work your way through. Hopefully, it’ll settle down now though. You deserve a medal.

Morning everyone,  very light rain here. So although cooler the humidity will rise.  Long session at plots yesterday so I will be taking it a bit easier today, caught up a bit but still loads to do.

@Hostafan1 ... I expect you've thought of this, but in case you've not ... you mentioned a while back that there were some videos/dvds he watched a lot at home ... could he watch them in his room?  Do you think they'd give it a sense of familiarity?

He has them with a laptop, but he keeps forgetting how to use it. I usually set one up to play just as I leave.
