Dylan was my favourite Chive, though I did have a soft spot for Ermintrude. We didn't go to the GC, decided to do some gardening for Bestie. I actually touched compost - shock horror!
Good news about your home coming T'Bird. Nice to get everything sorted and check on how the plant life has flourished whilst you were away. My garden just seems to have leapt into growth since the rain and the sun couldn't make their minds up whose turn it was to show up.
Debs, I know that you weren't keen on the new floor idea at first but are you happy with it now - assuming the fitter has completed the work.

Sorry Rubee I got in a muddle, hope you are winning with the Box roots,
LB Touching compost must have been good, a nice way to spend the day,
Biglad How sweet a Dylan teddy 😊
@Songbird-1 Hazel I did try, your day always sounds productive to me 😅

My Bestie was rushing to find me some gloves as usual. She cannot understand why I like to get down and dirty with soil and compost! Anyway, I carried on. It always reminds me a little of 'The Good Life' Bestie being like Margot. I did manage to persuade her that one of her hanging baskets with plastic flowers was looking past its best - having faded in the sunlight - and she threw it into the bin.

    Good evening all.

Sorry LB, I didn't answer on few of your questions. I really enjoyed watching good football. We arrived safely from airport, only the heath was a problem, despite air condition in car.

We are here on the peak of one more heat wave. Today was 37℃ and this night will not be easy. I simply hate weather like this. How are you all? Next few days I'll not have much time. Again I must reschedule time to cover everything.

Evening Ante. England won - which is great - but they didn't really play that well and as for the penalty, that was a joke. They will have to play better than that against Italy. I am so sorry that you have such high temperatures Ante. It must be so disappointing after you had that rain a few days ago. I am sure that you will be worried about your crops, especially the potatoes. I have got my fingers crossed for you Ante that there will be a drop in the heat soon. How is your sister? It must be good to see one another again. Lots to catch up on.

Hello all, the floor looks good thanks LB, just got to get the room back together now. Feeling tired after a busy day with not enough staff again. Fiancé not back he will be tired tomorrow. Sleep well everyone
