Lily I do hope that your son is much better now .Children with asthma are such a worry .One of my girls had it and watching her struggling for breath was alarming . I am pleased to say she is much better now .

@Rubee yes thank you, my son is much better now. He suffered with it a lot when he was very young and  it was very distressing seeing him struggling to breathe. Thankfully as he got older it eased and now only gets attacks when he gets flu or a  bad chesty cold/cough.  🤞

The sun has gone and there's big black clouds in the sky. Looks like the heavens will open any minute now 😣

Good afternoon everyone. To answer some of your questions I am not really sure what a Scam Marshall does. I know it is a National Scheme but within your own area you work alongside Trading Standards on your own particular Council. When I had to fill in the 'application' form it did indicate that most Scam Marshalls are people who have been the unfortunate sufferers of scams wh wish to warn others of their experiences so I don't fit into that category at all. I will know more once I get the information pack and I do know that I will receive a monthly news letter informing me of scams in the vicinity. As soon as I know any more details I will fill you in.
Busy, I don't think it will require too much of my time.
Ruby, I'm guessing that you and your OH have had the results of his 24hr monitoring? It will be great to think his tablets help. Two of my brothers - not handy brother - have high BP and take medication.
I heard from Bestie today and she and the family are having a great time. Her daughter and partner have left now as they are going to a wedding in Harrogate.
SGL, I never sent the rain - honest!

Thank you all for the V pillow advice. Dunelm do deliver here.

I've been gardening but it's very cloudy now.

Yes thanks @star gaze lily, ordered one each from Dunelm, plus cases.

I haven't finished the laurel bed but it started raining. It will have to wait.
