    Morning all,

Glorious here and set for the day apparently.

Home alone and no football on until 8pm. If I don't get some of the ongoing garden projects completed today, something is seriously wrong ;)

Good Morning SGL, Rubee, Debs & Biglad,
LB Looking forward to seeing it all planted, but I hope you haven’t got to move it anywhere,
SGL unfortunately the cake didn’t arrive, it’s wet & windy instead we can commiserate together 😩
Rubee A cuppa sounds good 👍
Debs Hope you get all the little jobs done, enjoy your day,
Biglad Don’t forget to have a few tea breaks, it’s easy to get carried away if there is no one to stop you,
    Have a good day all.
  • LB I hope, as Chive says, they can set the wrist after the riding accident.  I hope all goes well.  Busy fingers crossed for your oh pre op assessment.  Hazel wishing you a good journey today.  LB and Chive Alfie has been window bathing.  Biglad a bright sunny day here.  Time for a cuppa.

Morning Bluebells, I like the idea of Alfie window bathing, is he eating better now? Decided to give the oven a thorough going over, my least favourite job. On the upside it’s looking brighter outdoors, hoping to get in the garden later.
    Have a nice afternoon everyone.

    Good morning all.

Thank your for all the good wishes for OH. His BP is normal this morning.

I really must make a start on the garden. Been sitting about this morning. There are lots of Gardeners World magazines to catch up on. The RHS one is delivered to France and GW is delivered to the Norfolk cottage.

Did anyone see "Great British Gardens" yesterday with Carol Klein? I really enjoyed it. We've decided to visit Coton Manor when we are able to visit friends and family, north or west.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

In for elevenses Here is my morning's work - along with some watering:
I now have 12 pots and crocks to wash!

I saw my first Painted Lady butterfly today but it didn't stop long enough for me to get a picture. Got this instead:

Busy, good news about your OH's BP. I watched that joyous programme about Coton Manor last night - a friend gave me the heads up that it was on. I absolutely loved it. A visit there has gone on my bucket list!

  • Busy good news and I hope all can now go ahead for oh.  LB you’ve worked well, looking good.  My gas and electric company has now merged with a green energy company and thankfully prices will remain the same.  Apparently it will be a joint Bill rather than receiving two.  It’s cooler now, time for a cuppa.
  • good afternoon Chive, Alfie’s eating less when it’s warmer but still needing a daily refill.  Well done you for tackling the oven, a job better behind you.  LB and Busy I’m sorry to have missed Great British Gardens with Carol Klein, one of my favourites and would have liked to have seen Coton Manor.
