@D0rdogne_Damsel definitely advise magnesium supplements. Leg cramps can be so very painful and last ages. Just wait till they start in your thighs and/or toes too! I have a lunch out planned with Possum's godmum a week on Tuesday. It'll be the first meal out since I met you in Les Sables last October.
Easy to miss? Hadn't spotted him @Pat E but then I tend to let a lot of the guff wash over me these days.  I have noted that Macron is being a pratt. You'd think he'd have more humility after getting his face slapped in the week.
the most astonishing thing I heard on the news " More people have been vaccinated in Cornwall ( population 500,000 ) than in all the poorest 22 countries in Africa put together. "
Morning all, everyone is very busy I see! Have I missed something @Obelixx? Is Possum coming back home to live permanently? Have been out to water the tubs early as it was thick mist and quite cool, but it will be hot later when the sun breaks through. Had a good Zoom chat with daughter, her and her partner are squatting with friends until their house completion comes through from the solicitors. Luckily the friends have a large five bedroomed bungalow with a games room so plenty of room for them. Catch up with you all later Â
Morning everyone, full 7 hours at the Allotment yesterday, might have to take it easy today.  How time flies , the twins are 18 today, but it's always a mixed emotion, as it's the 10th anniversary of my brother's death.Â

Thank you @D0rdogne_Damsel. Glad you had a good meal.
I love Merriments @Nanny Beach . My mother lived in Battle, not far, so I've been to Merriments several times.
Off to see Daughter 1 for the weekend, south of Poitiers.
