    We had the heating on yesterday , grrr 
    Next person I hear saying " heatwave" or winging " it's toooooooooooooooooo hot" gets a smack.

    he's on sleeping pills otherwise he's wandering about all night long and I have to make sure he stays indoors , so I don't get any sleep either.

    Oh, that’s crook!  My Hubby doesn’t sleep well since the cancer treatment, but at least he quietly wanders out to the kitchen and gets a drink and puts some more wood on the fire. 😁. It means that by the time I drag myself out in the morning, the living area is nice and warm. 👏👏

    Morning folks where on earth do you live Hosta, heating on,! We have the air con and an air cooler. We've had a few days of around 28c 40c in my north facing conservatory,thank God for the sea breeze,! Visited Merriments Garden yesterday, really lovely,decent food,much cheaper and nicer than NT. An old work colleague put on FB I seem to be doing a circuit of garden visiting. This is only the 3rd in well over a year,and it's the only going out we ever do

    I'm afraid mine doesn't really do anything useful now. A cup of tea is his limit .

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️ 
    I woke at 3 and tiptoed down and got the milk and eggs in (they come very early) and pulled the thin duvet back up rather than having just a sheet ... but thankfully I went back to sleep until half an hour ago. 
    @Hostafan1 Im regarding your current weather blip as the gods’ comment on the G7 ludicrousness. 😠
