  • @Marlorena lots of people are looking in to see if you have posted anything new ! Your tahiti looks stunning, but with so crazy in love and a midsummer nights dream already on the wishlist I do not think I have room....unless I move...

    Oh yes, @Marlorena, I always read your posts even if I don't respond very often.
    Your Blush Noisette looks similar to my 'The Fairy ' which I'm now regretting planting in the middle of my border. It's grown much larger than anticipated and flops everywhere. Does your Blush do the same?

    I always read them too, your garden is so stunning I'm never tired of looking at the pictures. Wish my own could be as lovely!

    ..oh that's lovely, thanks so much..

    @Lizzie27
    ..yes I understand The Fairy is something of a ground cover rose, so it will flop... Blush Noisette will grow freestanding but it's quite rangy and broad but it can be kept to about 6 x 6 feet in an upright manner with pruning...  in my windy conditions I have to give it support as it can be a touch unruly.. and I like to keep it within arms reach to deadhead the spent flowers, as they hang around and don't look nice... I just run my fingers through them to dislodge.. doesn't take long..
    The scent wafts nearby I find, which is nice..

    Your garden is just so lovely @Marlorena, I'm another who opens this thread first if there is a new post by you. I'm glad you like New Zealand better now, I've been enjoying mine a lot. I share your views about Blush Noisette and Bathsheba amongst others.
