Good morning all. Rain this morning but forecast is better for this afternoon I am visiting my ex mother in law and taking her to Webbs ( a garden centre near her) for coffee with my youngest daughter. Probably won’t be temp as it’s rather over priced.
Work was ridiculous again but the doughnuts were popular and I enjoyed my curry, not as busy as they usually are but good to be able to eat out again. Thank goodness for good friends.
Yvie so happy you have hubby home he will soon improve being in familiar surroundings and much less of a worry for you. Take care.
Rubee have you spoken to a pharmacist about hubby’s meds? Pain management is a tricky one it’s very common to get used to a drug and it becomes less effective especially where pain relief is involved. A good pharmacist could advise a change and give you both information that could help a doctor help him.
Hope everyone has a good Saturday

Good morning everyone. What lovely news to wake up to this morning Yvie. Hearing that your OH is home is great. I am sure that he will come on in leaps and bounds (Ante - very quickly)
Chive - time off for good behaviour!   You take it easy, enjoy your garden and recharge those batteries.
Ruby, sorry to hear that your OH is still in pain. I hope if we get some nice sunny days the pain may ease so that he is more comfortable.
SGL, you are now ready for the last two episodes like the rest of us. Lots of twists and turns for sure.

I meant to say yesterday Busy-Lizzie that I do like the sound of your new bag and sandals. Thats the nicest kind of market shopping.

    Morning Debs and LB
@Ladybird4 I watched the last episode last night.
I missed out the word 'last'  out when I posted last night 🤭🤭 Enjoyed the series and it had a proper ending.

Aaah, I'm with you @star gaze lily - you've watch the whole series on iPlayer or such like. I will never understand why they actually do that when the programme is still running on main stream. Its like reading the last chapter of a really good book to find out who the villain is. I am looking forward to watching the last two episodes this weekend.

Watched it on the TV @Ladybird4 , as I watched one episode the next one  was there. Watched 3 in one go and then watched the last 3 over a couple of nights. Couldn't wait to see the next ones 🤭
Agree they could wait to show the last episodes.

Good Morning LB, Rubee, Debs, SGL & Hazel and all to follow,
LB I hope to get into the garden weather permitting, it really needs tidying up everything has grown away with all the rain. I hope you will be able to get outside too,
Rubee Pleased that was a better night for you both, hope Oh can get some help with his pain relief,
Debs Have a nice time out with youngest daughter and your ex MIL, glad the doughnuts were a hit,
SGL Enjoy the time with the poppets they’ll be just as excited to see you, have a lovely day,
Hazel Oh what a nightmare, but thank goodness you spotted the problem when you did. These things do crop up at the most in opportune moments don’t they, hope the plumber sorts it out 🤞
First things first, need a cup of tea. Have a good day everyone.

@Songbird-1 I was thinking about your shower debacle not so long ago, I hope this is a more straightforward fix 🤞🤞
