They're definitely more interested in advertising than site maintenance.

Doesn't matter what 'the delight' is they are all annoying.  I don't mind adverts but it gets my goat when they make the page jump about and just lately there's more advert on the page than forum.

I don’t know why it is, but I don’t use an adblocker and I don’t see any ads on here anymore, used to have a banner ad at the top and interspersed with peoples posts, now nothing.

I'm experiencing the same problem ( laptop ).  I think it started about 2 weeks ago.

I use Adblock on my laptop. It works very well, couldn't stand the ads making the page jump up and down, very bad for people prone to migraines.

Definitely not using Adblock plus.  I've just had an absolute nightmare with it throwing pop ups asking me to pay for it all over the computer.  It resulted in a visit to someone to look at my computer .  It used to work fine and was free but changed recently and became a real nuisance.

If I have any annoying pop up as you sometimes get, I always use Block Bear, just until the pop ups gone.
