This might have been a limiting factor in the discussion.
I was just thinking "Hey look, bat shit" may have been a little less TV friendly  :|

Pre-order, pre-book - how do they differ from ordering and booking?

Gerunds. Particularly on the side of dust carts.
Come to think of it -  have you ever read anything written on the side of a public vehicle that wasn't a lie?

I've never understood the distinction between " terms and conditions" .
My OED says " term: a condition"

Overuse of the word bad.  My Bad.   These Bad Boys.

I particularly dislike product reviews which refer to something as a ‘bad boy’. Equally clichéd are ones that say ‘bit of kit’ or ‘does what it says on the tin’. ‘Tech guys’ or ‘techies’ are phrases that will never pass my lips or, for that matter, the now massively overused simple word ‘guys’.

@BenCotto. If you referred to something as a Bad Girl you’d be in court for misogyny.

I've just got a message from LinkedIn (  I haven't even looked at the site in 5years!)
The message says that one person is 'noticing ' me. What on earth does that mean?
I haven't opened the email in case I encourage them.
