Two more from me (72nd and 73rd in my list, I think)

      - program for programme
      - and overusing ‘officially’ when there is nothing official about what is being attested.

    Edit
#74 - to medal i.e. to win a medal in an athletics competition
#75 - not distinguishing between compliment and complement

    ' Literally '
The misuse of this word literally makes my blood boil.

Starting a sentence with the word "So "......."So  I went to Tescos"
No you went to Tescos SO you could buy some sugar
Actually........it adds nothing to a sentence.
    Going forward................in future
Arsenal got a result in their last game...........a win or a draw or a loss is a result.
Of a new football manager ....He has come in....has he been outside the ground.
"Can I GET some milk please "

Watching Big Narstie on Soccer AM this morning, I understood most of the words but couldn't extract any meaning. He seems to press an awful lot of the buttons described in this thread.

Not only has football been ruined by money, greed, self-entitlement and a deeply ingrained propensity to cheat and/or blame somebody else, the current vogue seems to be an attempt to sell it to ve yoof with 'street' vernacular. Sky's "Feew i' awww" certainly presses my button.

Those who use the word " obviously " when nothing they're saying is obvious.
    " Obviously , I wouldn't do that"
There's nothing you have said which makes it "obvious" that that is the case.

A phrase...'the get-go'? What is that all about? From a misheard 'ready, set, go'?

The use of "gifted" which seems to be quite popular. What is wrong with "you gave something" or "you were given something".  Either way, if neither money nor favour was involved, it was a gift ? Even Donated would be better.
